18 Years Experiences
I’m Anna Yoong, an award-winning baker, author, and instructor with over 18 years of experience in the world of bread, pastry, and cake artistry.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of writing three books: Gorgeous Cupcakes, Simple Baking (Recipes for Oven and Airfryer), and Low Carb & Wholemeal Baking, each inspired by my love for making baking approachable for everyone.
My journey has also taken me to international competitions, where I was honored to win awards such as 2nd place in the Buttercream Cake category at the International Cake Show Australia, 3rd place at Bake-a-Star Singapore, and 2nd place in the Professional/Masters
category at That Takes the Cake in Texas.
What I’m most passionate about, however, is sharing the joy of baking. I’ve been fortunate to teach, consult, and develop recipes for both aspiring bakers and established brands. For me, baking is more than just a skill it’s a way to create, connect, and inspire.
Through myclasses, books, and creations, I hope to show others that baking can be both simple and extraordinary.
